Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Image Unblur ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the website or the unblur image tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Image Unblur is an online tool that uses AI to make blurry, shaky, or low-resolution photos clearer. You upload an image, choose a model, and receive a processed result you can compare and download.

• Basic restores the detail already in your image and aims to stay faithful to the original.
• Pro uses a generative model that can rebuild missing detail. It may change faces, text, or textures, and exact restoration is not guaranteed.

Your Account

You need an account to process images. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

• Processing uses credits: 1 credit per image with Basic and 3 credits per image with Pro. The cost is shown on the button before you start.
• Credits are charged only when you start a job. Uploading, previewing, and switching models are free.
• If a job fails or runs past its time limit, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically.
• Running an image again counts as a new job and uses credits again.
• Credits may expire as shown on the pricing page. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your billing page, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request in line with applicable law.

Your Images

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the results you download. You give us permission to store and process your images only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI processing provider. We do not use your images to train AI models.

You must have the right to upload and process every image you submit.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Image Unblur to:

• Upload images that are illegal, or that you do not have permission to use
• Try to reveal faces, license plates, text, or other details that were blurred or pixelated on purpose to protect someone's privacy
• Harass, identify, or track people, or create misleading content meant to deceive others
• Upload any content that sexualizes minors
• Interfere with the service, bypass limits or security, or access it with automated tools that overload it

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI Results

AI results can vary with the quality of your image and the type of blur. Results may be imperfect, and the Pro model may add or change details. Please review results, especially faces, names, numbers, and text, before you rely on them. The service does not recover information that no longer exists in the image.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, models, and prices may change, and the service may be interrupted from time to time. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Image Unblur is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
