Basic restores the detail already in your photo, so faces and text stay faithful. Pro uses a generative model to rebuild detail that is mostly gone. It can look sharper, but it may change faces, text or textures. We recommend trying Basic first.
No. An unblur image tool works best on mild to moderate blur, where shapes are still visible. If a photo is so blurry that you cannot tell what is in it, any tool can only guess. Always check the result closely before you use it.
No. When blur or pixelation is added on purpose to hide a face, license plate or text, the original detail is removed. A tool that claims to reveal it is inventing new content, not recovering the truth. Please only upload images you have the right to use.
Our unblur image tool accepts JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 20 MB and 24 megapixels, with each side between 64 and 16,384 pixels. GIF, SVG, HEIC and animated images are not supported, so convert them to JPG or PNG first.
Both versions return an HD JPG in your original aspect ratio. The exact size is shown under the result. We never stretch or crop the image to make it look bigger than it is.
Yes. Your uploads and results are kept in private storage linked to your account and are never published. Preview and download links are signed and expire within minutes, and we do not use your photos to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If a job fails or takes too long, its credits go back to your balance automatically, and the page shows the status. Running the same image again counts as a new job and uses credits again.
Often, yes. Basic can make soft or compressed text easier to read without changing the characters. Pro may redraw letters and numbers, so always check names, figures and codes against the original.
